Life Skills Specialist

Life Skill Specialists/Direct Support Professionals work directly with IPG’s served individuals and provide support in life skills such as: money management, planning and preparing meals, basic housekeeping, medication management, etc.
You will be an important part of the team at Insight Partnership Group.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with others.
  • Attend all mandatory in-services and other meetings as required.
  • Promote a positive agency image at all times.
  • Provide direct services according to the person’s IPP and Service Delivery Schedule in a manner consistent with agency policy and philosophy.
  • Complete documentation of provided services accurately, timely and within agency policy

REQUIRED:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proof of current vehicle insurance
  • Background check

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
