SITE MANAGER

Life Skill Site Managers/Direct Support Professional Site Manager is a full-time position. The successful applicant will have experience working with HCBS Waiver or Habilitative Services to individuals in the local community.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with others.
  • Attend all mandatory in-services and other meetings as required.
  • Provide direct services according to the person’s IPP schedule in a manner consistent with agency policy & philosophy
  • Complete documentation of provided services accurately, timely and within agency policy
  • Responsible for scheduling and ensuring client appointments are kept according to schedule and assist clients with bill payments and budget
  • Responsible for accuracy of client medication administration including development of the Medication Administration Record
  • Complete progress reports
  • Responsible for transportation of served individuals as needed
  • Complete and submit incident reports
  • Ensures proper condition of home and safety procedures
  • On call rotation

REQUIRED:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proof of current vehicle insurance

Salary: $16.50 – $17.50 per hour
