Insight Partnership Group is privileged to work with individuals so that they can thrive in their chosen community as independent as possible. The program is designed to work with people on their individual goals in an intensive manner, so that they are able to achieve the responsibilities that they are capable of, thereby reducing the level of services needed over time. Examples of potential skill development or maintenance goals are: personal hygiene, safety skills, money management, housekeeping, managing psychiatric symptoms, improving physical health, social skills, activity exploration and participation, communication, maintaining/obtaining a living environment, obtaining an educational environment, medication management, transportation use, development of natural/peer/cultural supports,
nutrition/meal preparation, and self-advocacy skills.
If overnight staff is utilized, they are awake and available to ensure overall security of the individuals. Individualized safety checks may be available throughout the night, if needed or desired by the person. If overnight staff is not needed at a home, a sensor monitoring system is utilized to ensure the safety of the individuals.
