Through the certification review conducted March 11, 2022, Insight Partnership Group LLC has demonstrated compliance with lowa Administrative Code Standards for Home and Community Based Services. The Bureau of Long-Term Care of the Department of Human Services grants certification for the following waiver, services, level of certification and period of certification:
